San Juan Island’s Beauty is Enjoyed by the Pacific Northwest Trekkers

Today we started off on a chilly morning with coffee and muffins. We got a late start out and we just missed our ferry time but ended up getting to see a pod of orcas over Deception Pass bridge which was really cool. We also had lunch on the dock. Our hour long ride included much needed naps and also beautiful views. Once we got to the island we shopped and got our groceries. The ride to our campsite was amazing and we got to stop by the ocean side and take pictures. The campsite ended up being one of the best sights of the trip with being right on the water with an amazing sunset and dinner was super good. After sitting by the fire and talking for a while most of the crew headed to bed. Lis and Abigail saw our first shooting star. Today was filled with adventures!!
