Wind through historic villages and quaint farm communities along the Genesee Valley Greenway, a gateway to one of New York’s most scenic destinations, Letchworth State Park, renowned as the “Grand Canyon of the East.” You will bike next to the Genesee River all the way to the magnificent Letchworth gorge, as it roars through cliffs as high as 600-feet. 

Teen Treks and the Finger Lake Cycling Club bring you a family-friendly overnight bike trip along one of the most scenic areas in eastern U.S. Bike 24-miles along the shaded, car-free Genesee Valley Greenway and camp overnight in Letchworth State Park Campground. In the park, families will have an opportunity to explore one of the parks 66-trails and visit one of 3 stunning waterfalls. Enjoy a quiet night in the forest, with a shared campfire to top off an adventurous day!

This moderate-level out-and-back family bike overnight trip is a great way to bond over an adventure with your family and other like-minded teen families. Pack everything on your bike for an overnight camping trip, or free yourself from the burden of carrying gear by utilizing our sag vehicle option.
