An excited group of Trekkers met at Boston’s North Station this morning for a train ride north to Newberryport where their 14 day bike adventure begins. Today they have an easy 15 mile ride into New Hampshire to the Tidewater Campground. Over the next 2 weeks the group of bikers will visit beautiful small coastal towns and harbors and pass through Portsmouth, NH and Portland, ME on their way toward Acadia National Park for hiking and rides on the wonderful carriage road network throughout the Park. They will ultimately ride their way north to Bangor and finally take a bus ride back to Boston. Stay tuned for daily updates and pictures of these adventurous teens.
