We started off our day with some creative oatmeal made of stroopwaffles and banana. We then packed up our hostel and hit the road. We stopped in the OG Haarlem just in time for a farmers market where we snagged some treats like cannolis and cold water. We also enjoyed the “De Grote of St. Bavokerk te Haarlem”, a gigantic church with a live organ performance. On our way to the campground we saw and toured a rebuilt traditional Dutch windmill. Turns out our guide was a devoted cyclist with a goal of accumulating enough miles to reach the moon. Once we got to the campground, we set up or tents and began cooking our spaghetti and meatballs. After dinner we wrapped up our night with a walk along a local beach and climbed on old bunkers.
