Day 10: Cleveland rocks! We’ve loved every minute of our day off here, from our morning breakfast of champs at the downtown Holiday Inn Express, featuring sausage, eggs and biscuits, to our day trip to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, to a pier-side swim in Lake Erie, Cleveland has been great! At the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Jake freaked out about seeing Bob Marley’s hat, while Grace loved all things Mick Jagger, Katie loved the Pink Floyd wall and everyone seemed to enjoy the Super Bowl half-time show section. Overall, it was a very interesting museum worth coming back to see more. Cleveland has also provided us with some famous people sightings, like last night the girls saw some famous You-Tuber named Jake Paul, while today at the Rock Hall we saw a live outdoor interview with rapper Busta Rhymes! Today, we also played some frisbee in the park, but unfortunately we said goodbye to our second frisbee on the trip. The first one we lost in Lake Michigan when it was tossed too far and the lifeguard wouldn’t let us retrieve it, this time our new frisbee was crushed under the large foot of Oscar as he tried to stop it from rolling in to Lake Erie. Hopefully, the third frisbee is the charm. We finished the night with burritos and a trip to the movies to see Black Widow. Tomorrow, we will start making our way up Lake Erie towards Buffalo, with several camp stops over the weekend! Wish us blue skies and smooth roads!
